My 6th graders started a new unit on force today, so we were doing an activity called a KWL. For the non-teacher types out there, the K stands for Know, and students have to write down things they know about the topic. Today, they had to write things they know about force. Two different kids in one class wrote similar funny answers.
"Force is in Star Wars."
"Force is something that allows you to move things with your mind."
SO cute. And, to make their writing even cuter, I could hear them giggling as they were writing. A-dorable.
